TCU Magazine Podcast: Jill C. Havens
Havens talks about how she uses George R. R. Martin’s mastery of world building in her popular Game of Thrones-themed classes.
Jill C. Havens, English instructor at TCU, sits down with host James Creange ’17 to discuss themes Martin incorporates in his bestselling book series, A Song of Ice and Fire, which has been made into the hit HBO show Game of Thrones. She details the differences between the books and the show (and their use of explicit content). Havens also provides her prediction on how the show will end — and the complication of the White Walkers. NOTE: This podcast contains spoilers.
