J.J. Killeen ’05 made his PGA Tour debut in January at the Sony Open in Hawaii. The 30-year-old rookie entered the season after being selected the 2011 Nationwide Tour Player of the Year by his peers. He led the Nationwide Tour in earnings with $414,273 and finished first in four categories: putting average, putts per round, birdie or better conversion and total birdies. This year on the PGA Tour, he made cuts in half his starts and posted a Top-15 finish at the Puerto Rico Open in March. At TCU, Killeen was Conference USA Golfer of the Year in 2005 and a PING All-American. Read a Q&A with Killeen at magazine.tcu.edu/webextras.
