Portia Barker ’06, right, and her best friend Ashley Madkins ’06, center, were in Washington, D.C., for President Barak Obama’s inauguration when they ran into fellow Frog Hilyale Makor ’07. Portia lives in College Park, Md., Ashley in Atlanta and Hilyale in Arlington, Texas.
