Frogs on hand to see senior Tara Watson crowned Miss Texas.
Speech pathology senior Tara Watson was befriended at Frog Camp four years ago by Howard and Mildred Payne, unofficial “parents” for many students. As many as five other TCU alumni and students competed, including political science senior Marshawn Evans, a Truman scholar and lead TCU band twirler.
