It’s the best finish ever in program history as three team members received All-American honors.
Rifle’s purple team members Erin Lorenzen, Lauren Sullivan, Simone Riford, Emily Paper and Tanya Gorin claimed third place at the NCAA Rifle Championships in March, the highest finish ever in program history. Three team members received All-American honors. Sophomores Lorenzen and Riford made the first team for air rifle and smallbore respectively, after earning second-team status last year. Paper, also a sophomore, received All-American accolades for the first time in her career, garnering second-team honors in smallbore.
