The Board of Trustees adopted four TCU values after considering input from more than 4,000 constituents.
Brad Thompson, executive director of community projects and university events, said TCU’s shared values — officially adopted November 2023 — act as guidelines for making decisions “out of a place of values rather than convenience or comfort.”
